I am Milan Thapa.
I am a Nepali Filmmaker, Cinematographer, Photographer, and a YouTuber, currently based in Boston, USA .” Do what you love” has been my personal mantra.
Since 2008 ,I have had the opportunity to collaborate with some global brands such as Sanmiguel, Nepal Tourism Board, Nanlite, Zhiyun, Sirui, BenQ, Kondor Blue, Brevite, Espresso and many more.
At the start of my filmmaking journey, I’ve had the pleasure to work with well-known Nepali artists such as Laure, Tribal Rain, The Edge Band, The Saayaas Band, Samriddhi Rai, Bikki Gurung, and more. It makes me immensely happy to see their music videos are viewed by millions of fans around the globe.
In the life of a content creator, I have always been passionate about curating my vision through my lenses. “The Home Coming ” Project has been my pride and joy. With over 600k plus views for “Traverse Nepal – The Home Coming” which remains most viewed for Nepal Travel videos. I have established a number of digital entities including Milan Thapa Films, Tweny2 Productions, AlchiLagyo.com, Neptives Pvt. Ltd., Jatra Nepal, and Newchi Media.
